The 360° view
How to use the 360° view for contacts and companies
Open any contact or company to see the whole relationship on one record — every email, call, meeting, note, task, deal, and file — plus account hierarchy, value rollups, and engagement.
Updated June 2026
A customer 360 view is a single record that pulls together everything you know about a person or account — the entire history and every related record — so anyone can open it and understand the relationship without hunting through inboxes and tools.
In KudosCRM that view is the contact and company record itself. The deal lives on the same record as the timeline, so a rep walks into any conversation with the full story. This guide shows you how to read it and keep it clean.
Who this is for
Reps preparing for a call or hand-off, and managers who want the whole account at a glance without a status meeting.
Before you start
- A KudosCRM account with access to contacts and companies.
- Contacts linked to their companies (and companies to their parent, if you use hierarchy).
What the 360 view pulls together
One timeline of emails, calls, meetings, notes, tasks, files, and deals; the linked company (and its parent/child hierarchy); account-value rollups (won/open/lost); an engagement score and ICP-fit score; tags; and followers. Email and meetings are auto-captured, so the timeline fills itself.
Read and work the 360 view
Open a contact or company record
From Contacts or Companies, click any row. The record opens to its 360 view — a header with the key facts, a timeline in the center, and related records (deals, tasks, files) alongside.
Read the timeline
The timeline is one reverse-chronological feed of everything that happened — emails, calls, meetings, notes, tasks, stage changes, and files. Each entry shows who, what, and when, so the whole story is one scroll.
See the linked account
On a contact, the company link takes you to the account. On a company, you see its contacts and deals, plus its parent/child hierarchy — so a subsidiary rolls up to its parent and you read the whole group together.
Check the rollups and scores
The company view rolls up won, open, and lost value across every deal on the account. The engagement score and ICP-fit score tell you how active and how good-a-fit the record is at a glance.
Act from the record
Log a call, send an email, add a note, create a task, schedule a meeting, or spin up a deal — all without leaving the record, so context and next steps live in the same place.
Keep it clean with merge
If duplicates creep in, KudosCRM flags likely duplicate contacts and companies; merge them to keep one trusted record, with deals and activity backfilled onto the survivor.
What you get
- One record per contact and company with the entire relationship on a single timeline.
- Account hierarchy and won/open/lost value rolled up across the account.
- Engagement and ICP-fit scores to read quality and activity at a glance.
- A clean book of business, with duplicates detected and merged.
