Introduction
This policy describes what you may not do with KudosCRM. It's part of our Terms of Service. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
You must not use KudosCRM to:
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or violate anti-spam laws (see our Anti-Spam Policy).
- Distribute malware, run phishing, or commit fraud.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others, or publish illegal content.
- Infringe intellectual property or other rights.
- Gain unauthorised access, probe or breach security, evade rate limits, or attempt to access other customers' data.
- Misuse AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, or to interfere with the AI service.
- Scrape, harvest, or enumerate data, or resell the service, without permission.
- Reverse engineer or copy the platform except as the law allows.
- Upload highly sensitive data — such as health, government ID, or full payment-card numbers — unless you're authorised and have instructed us accordingly.
Reporting abuse
Report misuse to abuse@kudoscrm.com.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warning, suspension, or termination, and cooperate with lawful authorities where required.
