Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of KudosCRM, a company based in Hong Kong ("KudosCRM," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're authorised to do so.

You're responsible for your account, your users, and keeping login credentials secure. Tell us promptly at security@kudoscrm.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

• KudosCRM is offered on subscription plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Enterprise). Paid features require a paid plan.
• Free trials run for the stated period; we won't charge you until the trial converts.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same term unless you cancel before renewal. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated.
• Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund Policy. Enterprise terms may be set out in a separate order form, which prevails over these Terms for that customer.

You agree to use KudosCRM lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or limit access for serious or repeated violations, non-payment, or security risks.

• You own your data. The content you put into KudosCRM is yours; we process it to provide the service under our Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy. We don't sell it. See Data Ownership.
• We own the platform. KudosCRM, its software, and branding are ours. You get a limited right to use the service; you don't get rights to our IP. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.

We work to keep KudosCRM available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without an uptime guarantee unless your plan includes a specific service-level commitment. We may update or modify features over time.

You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, we provide a window to export your data, then delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KudosCRM is provided "as is," and our total liability is limited as set out here and in any order form. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, and disputes are subject to its courts (or arbitration where agreed), unless your order form states otherwise.

We may update these Terms; we'll post the new date above and notify you of material changes.
