Pulse CRM, Inc. ("Pulse," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have.

This Policy applies to pulsecrm.io, the Pulse CRM application, our APIs, and our support channels.

We collect:

• Account data — name, email, workspace, role, avatar.
• Customer data — the records you create in Pulse (contacts, deals, notes, emails, attachments). You control this data.
• Usage data — pages viewed, features used, device and browser info, IP.
• Cookies — strictly necessary, functional, analytics, and marketing (see our Cookie Policy).

We use data to:

• Provide, operate, and secure the service
• Process billing and manage accounts
• Respond to support requests
• Send product, security, and service notifications
• Improve the product with aggregate analytics
• Comply with legal obligations

We rely on: contract performance, legitimate interest, consent (where required), and legal obligation. You may withdraw consent at any time.

We share data only with:

• Subprocessors — infrastructure and service providers listed at /trust.
• Authorities — when legally compelled and, where permitted, after notifying you.
• Affiliates — under the same protections described here.

We never sell your data.

Your data may be processed in the United States and the European Economic Area. We use Standard Contractual Clauses (2021 EU version) and additional safeguards for transfers outside the EEA/UK.

Customer data is retained while your account is active and for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted. Backups purge within 90 days.

Subject to your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@pulsecrm.io.

We encrypt data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Full details at /security.

Pulse is not for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced 30 days in advance. Each version includes an effective date.
