We started Pulse after running sales at three startups. Every CRM we inherited was either unusable or unaffordable. We built the one we wished we had.
Pulse exists because the top three CRMs in the market today are built for companies with dedicated RevOps teams and five-figure onboarding budgets. That's not how most teams actually run sales. Most teams are 5-to-50 people, closing deals on their phones, trying to update the pipeline between meetings.
