KudosCRM respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on KudosCRM infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@kudoscrm.com including:
- Your contact details.
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it's located.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you're authorised to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our response
We may remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who posted it.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@kudoscrm.com with the equivalent information.
Repeat infringers
We may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
