Information we collect
Depending on how you use KudosCRM, we may collect identifiers (such as name and email), account and commercial information, internet/usage activity, approximate location (from IP address), and inferences. For business customers, we process CRM data on your behalf as a service provider.
We do not sell or share your personal information
KudosCRM does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
Your California rights

- Right to delete your personal information.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale/sharing (we don't sell or share, and we honour the Global Privacy Control signal).
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
How to exercise your rights
Email privacy@kudoscrm.com. We'll verify your request and respond within the timeframes the law requires (generally 45 days). Authorised agents may submit requests on your behalf with proof of authorisation. If you're an individual whose data a business stores in KudosCRM, please contact that business directly; we'll assist them as their service provider.
