Anti-Spam Policy

Introduction

KudosCRM must not be used to send spam. This policy applies to email and messages sent through the platform, and is part of our Acceptable Use Policy.

Rules for sending

  • Get permission. Only message people who have agreed to hear from you or with whom you have a genuine business relationship, as the law allows.
  • No purchased or scraped lists. Don't import lists obtained without consent.
  • Honour opt-outs. Include a working unsubscribe option and stop sending to anyone who opts out or whose address bounces. KudosCRM supports one-click unsubscribe and maintains suppression lists.
  • Be honest. Don't use false headers, misleading subject lines, or hide who you are.
  • Identify yourself. Marketing messages should identify the sender and include a valid postal address.

Compliance

You're responsible for complying with applicable anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, and ePrivacy/PECR) when you use KudosCRM to communicate.

Enforcement

We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts used to send spam, and we act on abuse reports.
