Introduction
This policy explains billing, cancellations, and refunds for KudosCRM subscriptions. It's part of our Terms of Service.
Free trial
Paid plans may include a free trial. You won't be charged during the trial, and you can cancel anytime before it ends to avoid charges.
Subscriptions
- Monthly plans renew each month; annual plans renew each year, unless you cancel before renewal.
- You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for; we don't pro-rate refunds for unused time unless the law requires it.
Refunds
- If you're a first-time subscriber and not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll review a refund.
- Non-refundable: taxes, one-time/setup fees, and usage-based charges (such as AI usage) that have already been consumed.
Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately and may be pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
Enterprise
Enterprise subscriptions are governed by the terms of your order form, which prevails over this policy.
How to request
Email billing@kudoscrm.com with your account details. Approved refunds are returned via your original payment method.
