Views & My Day
Work your tasks with the board, calendar, and My Day
Switch between a list, a drag-and-drop kanban board, a calendar, and a timeline to see your tasks the way the moment needs — then open My Day for a ranked, single view of what to do next across deals and projects.
Updated June 2026
The same tasks can be read in different ways. A list is fast to scan; a board shows where work is stuck; a calendar shows what lands when; a timeline shows the shape of a stretch of work. KudosCRM gives you all of them over one set of tasks, so you pick the view that answers your question right now.
When you just want to know what to do next, My Day pulls a ranked list of your most pressing tasks across your deals and projects into one place — so you start your day on the work that matters, not on figuring out where it is.
Who this is for
Anyone who works a task list day to day — reps, account managers, project leads — and managers who want a clear read on where work stands.
Before you start
- A KudosCRM account with tasks assigned to you or your team.
- A few tasks with statuses, priorities, and due dates so the views have something to show.
- Tasks linked to deals or projects if you want them to surface in My Day.
One set of tasks, five views
List, board, calendar, timeline, and My Day all read the same underlying tasks — switching a view never changes the data. Drag a card on the board and it updates the real task; the list and calendar reflect it instantly. Save a filtered view you use often so it's one click to come back to.
Find the right view for the moment, step by step
Start with the list
Open Tasks in list view to scan everything fast. Filter by status (open, in-progress, completed, cancelled), priority, assignee, or tag, and use the smart buckets — overdue, today, upcoming, completed — to zero in. Overdue is your real deadline signal.
Switch to the board to see flow
Open the kanban board to see where work sits. Group columns by status, priority, assignee, or tag, then drag a card between columns to update it — for example, drag a task into Completed to close it out.
Use the calendar for what lands when
Switch to the calendar to see tasks on their due dates. It's the fastest way to spot a heavy day and rebalance before it becomes a crunch.
Use the timeline for a stretch of work
Open the timeline to see tasks laid out over a span of days or weeks, so you can read the shape of a project or a busy period at a glance.
Open My Day to know what's next
Open My Day for a ranked list of your most pressing tasks across deals and projects in one place. It's built to answer one question — what should I do right now — without you assembling it from filters.
Save the views you live in
Set up a filter you reach for often — say, your overdue high-priority tasks — and save it as a view so it's one click next time. Use bulk actions to complete, reopen, tag, or clear several tasks at once, with undo if you change your mind.
What you get
- Five ways to read the same tasks — list, board, calendar, timeline, and My Day — so you pick the view that fits the question.
- A drag-and-drop board grouped by status, priority, assignee, or tag that updates the real task as you move cards.
- Smart buckets — overdue, today, upcoming, completed — that surface what needs you first.
- A ranked My Day that tells you what to do next across deals and projects, without manual sorting.
