KudosCRM includes AI features that help you work faster — such as summarising notes, drafting emails, and suggesting next steps. This page explains how they work and how we handle your data.
How it works
When you use an AI feature, the relevant content from your records is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the result. We don't store the AI prompts or responses beyond basic usage metrics.
Our principles
- You're in control. AI features are optional — you choose when to use them. If you prefer not to share content with our AI provider, simply don't use them.
- Assistive, not automated. AI outputs are suggestions for you to review and decide on. We don't use AI to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on people.
- Your data isn't used to train models. We contract our AI provider so your content isn't used to train their models.
- Clearly labelled. AI-generated content is marked as such so you always know.
- Privacy by design. We continue to strengthen data minimisation and controls around AI processing.
