Run the standup
How to run the Ops AI Standup
Ops Mission Control gives you a cross-module pulse across deals, tasks, and projects — and a grounded Ops AI Standup: a read-only daily digest written by Claude over a real snapshot, so it summarizes what's true and can't invent records.
Updated July 2026
Most 'AI in your CRM' is a confidence score with no source you can check. The Ops AI Standup is deliberately the opposite. It's a daily digest written by Claude over a real, read-only snapshot of your workspace — so it can summarize and prioritize what's actually happening, but it cannot fabricate a deal, a number, or a status that isn't in your data.
This guide covers Ops Mission Control — the cross-module pulse, my-work, workload, and delivery reports — and how to read the Ops AI Standup that sits on top of it. This is the one analytics AI feature in KudosCRM that's genuinely real, and it earns that by being grounded and read-only by design.
Who this is for
Operators, team leads, and founders who run a daily standup and want a grounded summary across deals, tasks, and delivery — not a black-box score.
Before you start
- Access to Ops Mission Control ('/ops') for your workspace.
- Active records across modules — deals, tasks, projects — so the snapshot has something to summarize.
- Team members with assigned work, so workload and my-work populate.
What's live vs. coming soon
Ops Mission Control and the grounded Ops AI Standup are live. The standup is a read-only daily digest Claude writes over a real snapshot of your data — it summarizes and prioritizes what's there and cannot invent records. This is distinct from predictive AI (win-probability, risk scoring), which is on the roadmap and shown with a 'Soon' pill, not claimed as live. The standup reports what happened; it does not predict what will.
Run and read the Ops AI Standup
Open Ops Mission Control
Go to '/ops'. Mission Control is the cross-module view that pulls deals, tasks, and projects into one operational picture — the place a team lead runs the day from.
Read the cross-module pulse
The pulse summarizes the state of the whole workspace at once — momentum in the pipeline, the task backlog, delivery status — so you see the operational picture without opening each module.
Check my-work and workload
My-work shows what's on your plate; the workload view shows how work is distributed across the team. Together they answer 'who's overloaded and who has room' before you assign anything new.
Open the delivery reports
The delivery reports cover the project side — what's on track, what's slipping — so operations and delivery share one view of reality instead of two spreadsheets.
Generate the Ops AI Standup
Run the Ops AI Standup. Claude reads a read-only snapshot of the current data and writes a daily digest — what changed, what needs attention, what to prioritize — in plain language you can drop straight into a standup.
Trust it because it's grounded
Because the standup is written over a real snapshot and is read-only, it summarizes what's true rather than guessing. It can't surface a deal that doesn't exist or a status that isn't recorded — every line traces back to your data.
Cross-check with the audit log when needed
When you want to verify who changed what, the audit log records each change with a diff. The standup tells you what's happening; the audit log shows exactly who did it and when.
What you get
- A single cross-module operational view across deals, tasks, and projects.
- A grounded daily standup digest written by Claude over real data.
- A workload view that shows who's overloaded before you assign more.
- An audit trail to verify any change the standup surfaces.
