How to set up your Command Center

The Command Center is your 'Your Day' home screen — open deals, due tasks, pipeline health, recent activity, and a weighted forecast in one place, so the CRM opens to what matters instead of a blank dashboard.

Updated July 2026

A CRM analytics view only helps if you actually see it. The Command Center is KudosCRM's answer to the blank-dashboard problem: instead of building a home screen, you get one already assembled around your day — the deals you own, the tasks due, the health of your pipeline, what just happened, and where the forecast stands.

This guide covers what each panel on the Command Center shows, how to make it your landing page, and how to read pipeline health so a quiet morning glance tells you where to spend the day. It's a curated home, not a freeform builder — and that's the point.

Who this is for

Reps, managers, and anyone who wants the CRM to open to a useful summary of their day rather than a list of menus.

Before you start

  • You're signed in and have deals or tasks assigned to you.
  • A pipeline with stages set up, so pipeline health and the forecast can populate.
  • Activities being logged, so the recent-activity feed has something to show.

What's live vs. coming soon

The Command Center 'Your Day' home — open deals, due tasks, pipeline health, recent activity, and the weighted forecast — is live. It's a curated, pre-built home screen, not a composable custom dashboard; drag-and-drop dashboards where you assemble your own panels are on the roadmap and shown with a 'Soon' pill. The forecast panel is the weighted, rule-based roll-up, not an AI prediction.

Set up and read your Command Center

  1. Open the Command Center

Go to '/command' — the Command Center, branded 'Your Day'. It's the personalized home that pulls together the things you'd otherwise click into five screens to find.

  2. Scan your open deals

The deals panel shows the opportunities you own, so you can pick up where you left off. It's your working set for the day — not a report, a worklist.

  3. Work your due tasks

Tasks due today and overdue surface here, ranked, so the first thing you see is what actually needs doing. Clear these and the rest of the day is forward motion, not catch-up.

  4. Read pipeline health

The pipeline-health panel summarizes the state of your pipeline — value in play, stalled or at-risk deals — so a glance tells you whether to chase momentum or rescue something going quiet.

  5. Check the recent activity feed

Recent activity shows what just happened across your records — replies, stage moves, completed tasks — so you walk in already knowing what changed overnight.

  6. Glance at the weighted forecast

The forecast panel carries the same weighted, rule-based number as the forecast report — committed, likely, pipeline — so you always know where the period stands without opening Reports.

  7. Make it your landing screen

Treat the Command Center as your home: start every session here. Because every panel reads from live data, it's accurate the moment you open it — no refresh, no rebuild.

What you get

  • A home screen assembled around your day, not a blank dashboard to build.
  • Open deals and ranked due tasks in one place to work from.
  • Pipeline health and the weighted forecast at a glance.
  • A recent-activity feed so you know what changed without hunting.
